Refund Policy

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a free trial (length shown at signup). You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed at all.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time via in-app subscription management. Cancelling stops future billing — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for; there's no immediate loss of access on cancellation.

Refunds

Because Stackyard is a low-cost digital subscription with a free trial that lets you evaluate the Service before being charged, we don't generally offer refunds for completed billing periods once a charge has been made, except:

  • Where required by law (see "Your statutory rights" below).
  • Where a technical fault on our side meaningfully prevented you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing period — contact us and we'll review it.

Your statutory rights (UK)

If you're a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you a 14-day cooling-off right to cancel a digital service contract for a full refund. Because our free trial already gives you access before any charge is made, using the Service during the trial does not itself waive this right — but starting to use paid access after the trial converts, with your consent, may affect your cooling-off right for that specific charge, in line with the Regulations. Nothing in this policy affects your other statutory rights as a consumer.
